Job summary

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the adoption and success of technology solutions across our internal teams. You'll be responsible for ensuring our employees effectively adopt, utilize, and derive value from both internally developed tools and third-party software solutions. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, change management, and prioritization.

Key characteristics to be successful in this role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive adoption strategies for internal technology initiatives
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure internal tools meet real user needs and drive business outcomes
  • Evaluate and recommend third-party software solutions that align with organizational goals
  • Create adoption roadmaps that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities

User Research and Advocacy

  • Conduct user research to understand workflow challenges, pain points, and technology needs across departments
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their unique requirements and constraints
  • Advocate for user needs in technical discussions and solution design

Change Management and Communication

  • Design and implement change management strategies to drive technology adoption
  • Create communication plans that build excitement and reduce resistance to new tools
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and support resources

Metrics and Optimization

  • Define and track key adoption metrics, including usage rates, user satisfaction, and productivity impact
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify optimization opportunities
  • Continuously iterate on adoption strategies based on data and user feedback

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of product management experience
  • Proven track record of driving technology adoption
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in user research, data analysis, and metrics-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with change management principles and practices
  • Technical fluency to work effectively with engineering teams and evaluate software solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing both internally developed and third-party software implementations
  • Background in organizational psychology, change management, or user experience design
  • Familiarity with enterprise software evaluation and vendor management
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools
  • Previous experience in a technology-focused role or working closely with engineering teams
  • Related degree program
