 Manage L2/L3 support team for US Monitoring Team handling CMC life-safety servicesÂ
Maintain and maximize uptime (>99.999%) for all life-safety environmentÂ
Develop and engineer internal improvements and achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction Â

 Manage a team of technical engineersÂ
 Manage rapid-response on-call servicesÂ
Ensure system uptime and availabilityÂ
Provide Level 2/3 technical support for North American Monitoring servicesÂ

Manage application support for internal/external technical teams and the businessÂ
Manage builds and expansion of CMC hardware/equipmentÂ
Oversee excellent communication for trouble resolutionÂ

Document and solution enhancement requests (liaison to supplier)Â
Apply years of experience and best practices to maintain CMC life-safety services at a subject matter expert levelÂ

US CitizenÂ
Management experience leading a technical team Â
Deep knowledge and several years of experience with MASterMind Monitoring, and/or other industry specific monitoring systems.Â
Demonstrable knowledge of MS-SQL server and T-SQL.  Â
Deep knowledge and several years of experience with IT systems and concepts (network, hosting, storage, scripting)Â
Understanding of cyber security tools and controls: EDR, SIEMs, host-based firewalls, anti-virus, etc.Â
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirementsÂ
Superior problem assessment and troubleshooting skills Â
Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical topics to vendors, team members and non-technical audiencesÂ
Ability to work as part of a team and to interface with other teams as neededÂ
Strong service attitude and a commitment to qualityÂ
5-7 years of experience in the design, deployment and maintenance of complex signal processing environmentsÂ
Ability to work on-call weekly rotationsÂ
