Work closely with customers, engineering, sales, and design to build and launch high-impact AI agent features and workflows.
Own the product lifecycle from discovery and scoping through execution and launch β acting as a cross-functional leader.
Serve as a strategic partner to enterprise clients, understanding their workflows and tailoring AI deployments that meet their goals.
Develop a deep understanding of the AI-powered support landscape and build innovative features to lead the market.
Prioritize product initiatives using strong analytical and user research skills β balancing tradeoffs and team resources.
Contribute to a product culture that values experimentation, iteration, and execution at startup speed.
3+ years of experience in Product Management or customer-facing strategy roles (e.g., deployment strategist, solutions consultant).
Proven success launching technical products from 0 to 1 at high-growth SaaS, AI, or VC-backed companies.
Exceptional communication skills β clear, concise, and comfortable engaging directly with senior enterprise stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive decisions.
Comfortable operating cross-functionally across engineering, sales, and design.
Background may include technical consulting, strategy, or investment roles β especially if combined with PM or customer deployment experience.
Degree in Computer Science or a quantitative field from a top 20 university.
Experience working on AI or ML-powered products β or deep familiarity with prompting and LLM systems.
MBA combined with technical or operational experience.
Experience working in resource-constrained startup environments with MVP-first approaches.
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS deployment cycles or consulting-style client engagements.
Base Salary: $160,000 β $220,000
