As Product Manager 3, you’ll lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of strategic product offerings across international markets. This role demands strong cross-functional coordination, customer-driven development, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. You’ll be instrumental in shaping high-impact solutions, while mentoring a team and working closely with stakeholders across engineering, sales, and marketing.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and lead the strategy and roadmap for assigned global products, especially those targeting growth markets.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure strategic alignment and value delivery.
  • Translate customer needs, market insights, and competitive trends into actionable product requirements.
  • Own the business case and P&L of the product, including market segmentation, expense ratios, and positioning.
  • Prioritize backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering maximum value.
  • Drive customer validation processes to ensure new features meet real-world needs before development.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, identifying skill gaps and fostering professional growth.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics, identifying optimization opportunities and iterating strategy accordingly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and participate in up to 30% domestic and international travel.


Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, including product launches, marketing strategy, performance tracking, and go-to-market execution.
  • 5+ years of experience managing direct reports, with strengths in coaching, hiring, and performance evaluation.
  • 3+ years in a SaaS environment, ideally in InsuranceTech or the collision repair industry.
  • Proven success in P&L ownership, cost management, and market segmentation.
  • Strong ability to use data to inform strategy, drive adoption, and validate product effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, planning, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Must reside in: AZ, CA, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WI.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace required for remote work.
