Paris Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Product Management Specialist to support consumer products sold through major retail and e-commerce channels.


This role is ideal for someone with experience working with physical products, retail requirements, packaging, samples, product information, and cross-functional project coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, digitally savvy, and able to keep detailed product work moving accurately from development through launch and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements
  • Support the development, launch, and ongoing management of consumer products across major retail and e-commerce channels.
  • Maintain accurate product information, including specifications, item setup details, packaging information, costing inputs, retailer requirements, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate packaging development and revisions, including artwork approvals, product claims, compliance language, certifications, and customer requirements.Β 
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to track timelines, open items, approvals, samples, testing, and launch milestones while resolving issues and supporting customer needs.Β 
  • Coordinate third-party product testing and maintain quality, compliance, certifications, and retailer-required documentation.
  • Conduct competitive research through retail visits, pricing reviews, e-commerce analysis, planogram reviews, merchandising observations, and product comparisons.Β 
  • Prepare customer presentations, sales material, product comparison analyses, product summaries, and other product-related documentation.
  • Manage product sample requests, presentation kits, shipments, follow-up activities, and internal sample organization.Β 
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and other digital tools to improve research, organization, reporting, analysis, and execution.Β 
  • Support additional product, marketing, sales, and customer initiatives as business needs evolve.

Your Background:

  • Experience working with major retailers, e-commerce platforms, or consumer product companies.Β 
  • Experience supporting physical consumer products, packaging, product launches, retail programs, e-commerce content, or product documentation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Comfort using modern digital tools, including AI-enabled platforms, to improve organization, research, analysis, and execution.Β 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Β 
  • Excellent organization, time management, follow-up, and project tracking skills.Β 
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, changing priorities, and deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work through incomplete information, identify what is missing, and ask thoughtful questions.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
