Apple"s Worldwide Product Marketing (WWPM) team sits at the intersection of product management and marketing. We shape what gets built and how it reaches the world.\\n\\nAs Team Lead for Productivity and Design Apps, you will own the product strategy and marketing for some of Apple"s most loved apps: Keynote, Notes, Freeform, and more. You will lead a talented team of product managers, partner closely with engineering and design, and help define experiences used by hundreds of millions of people every day. This is a rare role where you will act as the voice of the customer inside Apple and the voice of Apple to the world.\\n\\nAs the Product Management Team Lead, you will manage a portfolio of critical applications. You will be responsible for driving engagement across free applications. For the applications in Apple Creator Studio, you will drive user engagement, trials, and subscriptions. \\n\\nIf you are curious, passionate, and obsessed with user problems; you love great products and the technology behind them; you bring data to decisions, but you also trust your instincts; you have clear views of industry trends including how AI is impacting user workflows; you build consensus without ego and thrive in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment: We want to hear from you!

Define and drive product strategy for Productivity and Design apps across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, visionOS, and the web\\nResearch and synthesize industry, technology, market and competitive trends to identify new product opportunities\\nCollect and use data to inform product decisions\\nEvangelize and pitch new ideas to cross functional teams and executives\\nUnderstand and communicate user needs and perspectives to inspire the broader organization, and help conceptualize new products and features\\nNegotiate trade-offs on schedule and scope to protect user experience and business goals\\nPartner with engineering and design to turn user needs into great experiences\\nBuild compelling narratives about new features for customers, media, analysts, and executives\\nLaunch products \u0026 features worldwide in partnership with marketing communications, public relations, and events teams\\nLead a team of skilled product managers β€” supporting their work and ongoing development

10+ years of Product Management, including at least one full product development cycle from concept to launch\\n2+ years of experience managing teams and building efficient, scalable processes\\nHands-on experience formulating product messaging and creating outbound marketing for both technical and consumer audiences, and partnering with engineering during early research and development to define product strategy and roadmap, and with marketing and public relations to craft positioning, and define marketing activities\\nRecent experience within the last 3 years in one or more of the following segments: productivity and/or design applications, collaboration platforms, and subscription business, or adjacent\\nAbility to drive communication with key stakeholders, the media, and public, as demonstrated by exceptional presentation skills: developing keynote addresses in an area of deep subject matter expertise, synthesizing information, applying critical thinking and maintaining composure under pressure\\nBachelors degree or equivalent experience

A track record of working closely with design and engineering teams during through the full product lifecycle, including research, planning, implementation, and launch \\nExperience positioning, launching and pricing consumer software products\\nStrong storytelling skills β€” you can make complex technology clear and exciting for any audience (customers, media, analysts, industry experts, etc)\\nSharp business judgment β€” you know how to make tough calls and trade off priorities to drive optimal outcomes \\nStructured thinker and keen strategist who understands technological and creative trends, including their differences across geographies\\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills\\nEnergetic and detail oriented\\nMS/MA/MBA preferred
