Data Solutions Architect, Charles River Development β Managing Director
The Data Solutions Architect will define and execute the enterprise data strategy underpinning Charles River Development (CRD) and the State Street Alpha platform. This role positions data as a strategic assetβpowering product innovation, client experience, analytics, and AI-driven capabilitiesβwhile enabling scalable, secure, and commercially differentiated data services.
The successful candidate will operate as a member of the senior leadership team, shaping firm-wide data direction across CRD and influencing the broader State Street ecosystem. This role combines technical depth, strategic vision, and the ability to scale processes, and platforms to enable data-driven product innovation and client outcomes.

The team you will be joining is part of Charles River Development (CRD), a division of State Street.Β CRD delivers enterprise investment management solutions across institutional asset managers, wealth managers, and asset owners.
You will be part of the team responsible for building and transforming the Alpha Data Platform, an industry-leading investment management data platform and a key strategic initiative for State Street, enabling the industryβs first true front-to-back-office solution. This includes delivering the next-generation, cloud-based investment data management platform leveraging best in class technologies including AI.

Salary Range:
$170,000 - $267,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
