What We Are Looking For

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Assist with product management initiatives across the product lifecycle, from concept through launch and ongoing support.
  • Support market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and customer support.
  • Help gather, document, and prioritize product requirements and business needs.
  • Assist with tracking product development timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Support the creation of product documentation, presentations, training materials, and business cases.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in product planning meetings and contribute ideas for new features, enhancements, and innovations.
  • Assist with product launch activities and cross-functional project coordination.
  • Support additional product management, business, and operational projects as assigned.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

WHAT WILL GIVE YOU AN EDGE?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Interest in product development, business strategy, customer experience, or manufacturing industries.
  • Experience with data analysis, market research, or project management through coursework, internships, or extracurricular activities.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management concepts and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Experience using data visualization, project management, or collaboration tools is a plus.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19 – $27/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
