Location:Β  This position is a US-based role that can be located in any nearby US-hub region.

Your Role:Β Β Β Β 

  • Creation of product user guides following input from R&D Scientist and Product Manager directional scope.Β Β 
  • Update existing user guides with new branding requirements, content changes and corrections.Β 
  • Create and process product notification letters and notification inserts.Β 
  • Support technical writing needs of the product portfolio.Β 
  • Use of various data systems and software for obtaining required information, document change submission, and tracking of reviews and approvals.Β 
  • Familiarity with new product creation process and its impact to user guide development.Β Β 
  • Demonstrated ability to track, prioritize, and report on multiple ongoing projects.Β Β

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in any discipline

Preferred Qualifications:Β Β Β Β 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with life science products
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to juggle many projects simultaneously, and attention to detail are critical for success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office platform business software.
  • Competency in Adobe InDesign desktop publishing; willingness to learn this software platform.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including ability to collaborate with cross-functionally teams; includes working with geographically remote teams.
  • Flexible in changing priorities based on dynamic shifting of business needs.
  • Ability to independently prioritize, self-initiate, and execute tasks and responsibilities to meet agreed upon deadlines with minimal supervision.
