Weβre looking for a Principal Product Manager β CRM and Marketing Tech Systems to lead the vision and execution of a unified Customer Relationship Management (CRM) + Marketing Technology (MarTech) platformβstreamlining how we engage customers and optimize the seller-marketer connection.

This role focuses on simplifying and enhancing complex sales and marketing workflows by building a single, intelligent platform that empowers both teams to work more efficiently and collaboratively. Youβll design experiences that connect sales activitiesβsuch as pipeline tracking and opportunity managementβwith marketing functions like automated email campaigns, lead nurturing, paid media targeting, and contact segmentation. By embedding AI into these workflows, youβll help improve decision-making, personalization, and overall business impact.

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in online advertising and similar technology.
Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of AI/ML use cases in sales or marketing workflows (e.g., predictive lead scoring, content personalization, conversation intelligence).

Customer-obsessed mindset and a passion for turning complexity into simplicity.
Product Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year.
