Mission for This Role

Leverage 100โ€ฏ% of GoHighLevelโ€™s feature setโ€”Workflows, Triggers, Custom Objects, AI Conversation, SaaSโ€‘Mode billing, and the REST APIโ€”to deliver a branded PatientHub experience that:

  1. Drives 40โ€ฏ% YoY MRR growth for the PatientHub module.

  2. Boosts patient engagement metrics (open rateโ€ฏโ‰ฅโ€ฏ85โ€ฏ%, reviewโ€‘conversionโ€ฏ+30โ€ฏ%).

  3. Eliminates โ€œshadow CRMsโ€ by embedding GHL power natively in ClinicMind.

Key Responsibilities

  1. GHL Platform Mastery

    1. Build & maintain SaaSโ€‘Mode templates, snapshots, and subโ€‘account automations

    2. Exploit GHL AI Conversation & โ€œLead Connectorโ€ upgrades the week they drop.

  2. Roadmap & Strategy

    1. Convert GHL release notes into a 12โ€‘month PatientHub roadmap.

    2. Prioritize backlog via impactโ€†ร—โ€†effort, aligned to ClinicMind flywheel KPIs.

  3. Workflow Engineering

    1. Design multiโ€‘step workflows (SMS, email, IVR, Facebook DM, Google MyBiz chat).

    2. Publish preโ€‘built funnel pages and survey forms for specific care plans (e.g., backโ€‘pain lead magnets).

  4. Integration and API

    1. Manage GHL REST hooks to sync contacts, appointments, and invoices with ClinicMind core services.

    2. Own UAT and regression scripts every GHL release cycle.

  5. Analytics & Monetization

    1. Instrument GHL reporting dashboards; surface KPIs inside ClinicMind BI (Looker).

    2. Optimize SaaSโ€‘Mode pricing tiers; manage rebilling margins and churn prevention automations.

  6. Compliance & Security

    1. Enforce HIPAA, TCPA, CANโ€‘SPAM within GHL subโ€‘accounts; review new features for compliance risk.

  7. Enablement & Support

    1. Deliver snapshot documentation, Loom tutorials, and playbooks for CS, Sales, and onboarding teams.

    2. Interface with GHL support & slack channel to resolve platform issues.

Qualifications

  • 3โ€“5โ€ฏyears product management OR GHL agency experience building snapshots, workflows, and SaaSโ€‘Mode accounts.

  • Deep knowledge of GoHighLevel APIs, LeadConnector mobile, Webhooks, Custom Tables, and AI Conversation flows.

  • Track record shipping customerโ€‘facing features in an Agile squad (Jira, Figma, Git).

  • Dataโ€‘fluency: Looker, SQL, or GHL analytics; comfortable A/Bโ€‘testing funnels.

  • Familiarity with HIPAA/TCPA and healthcare marketing compliance.

  • Advantageโ€‘toโ€‘Have
    • Experience integrating GHL with EHR/RCM or other healthโ€‘tech systems (e.g., Redox, HL7, FHIR).

    • Chiropractic, PT, or behavioralโ€‘health domain exposure.

    • Certification: GoHighLevel SaaS Pro, Pragmatic Marketing, or CSPO.
