Lab49 seeks a dynamic Product Leader to spearhead transformative projects across the Financial Services sector for our elite clients. In this pivotal role, you'll drive innovation, deliver high-impact solutions in a cross-functional agile environment, and play a key role in expanding our client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Your ability to balance product excellence with strategic business growth will be crucial to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead product strategy, discovery, and development for complex financial services initiativesΒ 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product roadmapsΒ 
    • Engage with C-level executives, presenting insights, strategies, and progress updatesΒ 
    • Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure project success and identify new opportunitiesΒ 
    • Translate intricate financial concepts into tangible artifacts and actionable product strategiesΒ 

Qualifications:

    • Extensive experience in the financial sector and product managementΒ 
    • Deep understanding of financial services landscape and trendsΒ 
    • Demonstrated experience in product strategy and developmentΒ 
    • Proven ability to manage full product lifecycles from discovery to deliveryΒ 
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, adept at stakeholder managementΒ 
    • Analytical mindset with a focus on user-centric approachesΒ 

    • Domain Expertise:Β 
    • We work across various financial services domains. For this role, experience in Payments and/or Treasury is a plus.Β 

    • Core Product Skills:Β 
    • Strong product mindset including hypothesis driven development and data-driven resultsΒ 
    • User-centered thinking and ability to collaborate with UX teamsΒ 
    • Strategic roadmapping and prioritizationΒ

We are hiring across multiple levels for this job.
The base salary range across different levels are-
β€’Β  Β  Β Principal level: $180,000 - $220,000Β 
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role and level.
Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
Salary range disclosure as required by S9427A when hiring in New York.
