One of the most important areas within Integrity is building and advancing our Account Takeover prevention efforts and deepening our Identity Intelligence signals and capabilities. As we scale and continue to enter new business verticals, safeguarding the integrity of our platform becomes critical.Β
Weβre seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution in the Account Takeover (ATO) and Identity Intelligence space, securing our overall account integrity efforts. This is a pivotal role to protect our customersβDashers, Merchants, and Consumersβfrom fraud while enabling seamless, secure access. Our goal is to make account access delightful, frictionless and easy for our customers while making it impossible for fraudsters to breach.
You will be the subject matter expert and driver behind our account integrity / account protection roadmap, building industry-leading defenses that leverage AI and ML models to enable real-time, accurate decisions with high recall. Youβll lead a cross-functional team involving Data Science, Design, Engineering, Strategy & Operations, and Analytics to help protect the platform and fuel healthy growth for DoorDash.Β
You will report into the Director of Trust & Safety and Integrity within the Customer Support Experience and Fraud organization.

Compensation
The successful candidateβs starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employeeβs work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
