15+ years of experience in telecommunications or cybersecurity
Proven track record in leading large cybersecurity or product management teams

Deep expertise in cybersecurity domains (IAM, endpoint, certificate management, SOC/SIEM)
Industry-recognized security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM) are an advantage
Strong understanding of telecom networks
