As a Commercial Client Product Manager, you’ll help drive business strategy, segment profitability, and client engagement in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Job summary:
The Americas Global Custody Product Management Team is responsible for end-to-end product strategy, segment P&L management, business delivery, and governance. Based in New York, you’ll work with global and regional partners to deliver innovative solutions, support client satisfaction, and drive business growth.

Job responsibilities:

  • Drive strategy for commercials and profitability for existing and prospective clients through pricing and cost analysis.
  • Support segment-level governance for monitoring client satisfaction, approving client change, and reviewing operational risk events.
  • Work with Sales to conduct strategic engagement roadmaps and wallet-sizing for client segments.
  • Partner with Product Development to drive investment funding and close product gaps.
  • Establish strong working relationships with key product and functional partners within Securities Services and across Lines of Business.
  • Support franchise client discussions regarding current and target state Custody capabilities.
  • Create client quality material for due diligence and prospect engagements.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Excellent data skills, with experience handling large, complex datasets.
  • Familiarity with the sales lifecycle, from prospecting to proposal through to conversion.
  • Understanding of P&L drivers for the firm and for the Securities Services business.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and with external clients.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organization skills, with a keen ability to prioritize and re-prioritize in real-time.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results.
  • Experience of legal and commercial negotiations, a plus.
  • Experience in the Securities Services business, a plus.
