About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Director, Macro Rates Cash & IR Swap Product Owner to join the Macro (FX/Rates) Product Management team within the Corporate & Investment Bank. This role is responsible for the strategy, delivery, and lifecycle management of Cash & Interest Rate Swap pricing, trading and risk management capabilities, including cash rates, derivatives, clearing, margining, and supporting infrastructure across the Macro Rates platform. The role partners closely with Rates Trading, Sales, Risk, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Control functions to ensure products are marketβaligned, scalable, compliant, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
