We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, AI Product Manager to join our Treasury Services Client Platform team. This role is located in New York, NY.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Β 

  • Lead client facing AI product development and strategy with an innovation mindset, understanding market needs and Financial Services use cases
  • Using AI subject matter expertise, experience and thought leadership to influence and direct the product go-to-market in collaboration with Development & Engineering resources in our AI Hub and senior leaders.
  • Partner with Product / Platform /Hub Leadership to share progress, flag challenges, and codify lessons learned.Β 
  • Bridget the gap between AI engineering and cross-LOB business partners to prioritize the product backlog according to business value and ROI across BNY
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Commercialization teams across BNY to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Create and maintain product roadmap working closely with AI engineering to execute the plan
  • Manage issue escalations and risks in accordance with BNY Risk and Compliance and regulatory standards.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Β 

  • Minimum of 10 - 12 yearsΒ of demonstrated ability in product development and delivery.
  • High degree of proficiency in OKR, Design Thinking, Event Storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile product development
  • Domain expertise in AI and Financial Service product solutions
  • Passion for changing status quo and driving out-of-the-box ideas.
  • Eagerness to β€˜roll up the sleeves’ in execution and learning; pushes the team to do the same.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Ability to make hard and fast decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or Computer Science.Β

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $125,000 and $210,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors
