Business Summary:

This position is responsible for providing vision and direction to internal teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. It translates strategic insights from thoughtful discovery into actionable requirements, collaborates with clubs to shape design features and digital product content, and oversees the product roadmap. Additionally, it prioritizes and plans feature releases to drive successful outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Takes the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner.
  • Ensures that the team is optimized.
  • Plans and works with stakeholders to prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
  • Defines product vision, road map, and growth opportunities.
  • Assesses value, develops cases, and prioritizes stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
  • Provides backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
  • Works closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
  • Leads the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
  • Provides an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
  • Researches and analyzes the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product(s).
  • Follows our competitors and the industry.
  • Keeps abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.

Requirements, Competencies and Certifications:

Β Minimum Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar relevant field preferred.Β  A Master’s degree is strongly preferred.Β 
  • Five years experience in digital marketing or similar.Β 

Hiring Range:Β 

$78,040- $98,300

In addition to the base salary, this position qualifies for participation in the company's Annual Incentive Plan.Β
