Β Midmarkβs Digital Diagnostics solutions empower clinicians with real-time, connected, and reliable patient data enabling faster, more informed decision-making and ultimately better patient outcomes. The Product Owner (BTP) will play a critical role in developing solutions that seamlessly integrate medical devices, data platforms, AI solutions, and clinical workflows across the care continuum.Β
Β In this role, you will lead the delivery of technology solutions through agile and modern software practices while driving cross-functional alignment. You will transform ideas into prioritized, value-driven backlogs and ensure each increment delivers on clinical and business objectives while managing risks.Β

This is an onsite position located in the Northern Cincinnati Area (inside 275 loop) with an option to work remote one of the five workdays per week. Travel between 10-15%
ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Act as the key liaison across the business line covered, information technology and subject matter expertise
- Own the relationship with senior management of the business line covered
- Perform the role of global process owner for business line covered
- Responsible for defining, developing and implementing a consistent, streamlined, global process with agreed local flexibility, through the leverage of industry best practice and technology
- Translate global processes so the business unit can own their change management and communication flow with other departments
- Review/Approve/Escalate procedural change orders per their effectiveness and alignment to global processes
- Partner with functional leadership to set departmental and organizational strategic direction as it relates to technology in their processes
- Ensure that Midmark is maximizing the capabilities of existing applications and looking for ways to improve future performance.
- Support strategic portfolio development and execution for business line covered, as it relates to technology
- Create consistent business processes that align with the organizationβs vision and strategic direction
- Ensure that processes comply with regulatory requirements
- Responsible for establishing and enforcing guidelines to ensure consistency of processes and data
- Accountable in developing/maintaining backlog that directly impacts the business line covered, assist in work load as needed
- Review/Approve/Provide additional detail around enhancement/initiative on requirement documents
- Possess a broad knowledge of business resources and technical partnerships to effectively coordinate team members and external resources
- Resolve conflicts, manage resistance, and facilitate change
- Create shared vision of their respective solutions through technical partnerships and facilitate decision making and arbitration relating to trade-offs both within and between different solution platforms
- Oversee the launch of solutions and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization
- Makes recommendations regarding staffing and hiring
SECONDARY DUTIES:
- May review and/or approve process-related work instructions
- Provide support for mergers and acquisitions
- Other duties and tasks may be assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelorβs Degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university and two to four years of experience in related business area; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Scrum Product Owner certification and/or Scaled Agile framework experience preffered.Β

- EMR Integration and standards such as HL7, FHIR and DICOMΒ
- Azure DevOpsΒ

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- No direct supervisory responsibilities; this role does provide leadership, and coaching to the teammates of the portfolio work within their business line15
