Alternate Locations: Minneapolis, MN or Irving, TX
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months
Schedule: Hybrid β€” 3 days onsite per week, typically Monday–Wednesday

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to support an existing product roadmap and critical 2027 priorities. This role will work within Digital Product Management to lead moderately complex initiatives, evaluate product challenges, manage competing stakeholder needs, and contribute to large-scale product planning and delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in digital product development, content platforms, digital optimization, Agile methodologies, and backlog management, along with hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a similar CMS platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to moderately complex digital product initiatives and deliverables.
  • Support large-scale planning related to digital product roadmaps and priorities.
  • Analyze complex product challenges and evaluate multiple variables to determine effective solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs in an Agile environment.
  • Translate business needs into product capabilities and features that deliver measurable value.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, technology teams, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Manage competing stakeholder priorities and drive alignment.
  • Coordinate testing efforts across cross-functional teams.
  • Drive quality assurance throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Interpret test results and analytics to evaluate product performance.
  • Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and optimization.
  • Communicate product strategy, recommendations, status, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure product activities align with applicable policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product development, content platforms, digital product management, or digital optimization.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology and backlog management.
  • Strong understanding of business value associated with platform capabilities and features.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a similar CMS platform.
  • Experience coordinating testing efforts and driving QA across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience interpreting test data and using analytics tools to measure performance and support product decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage competing stakeholder needs and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree or other college-level education required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services.
  • Previous experience working in a large, complex organization.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale digital products and platforms.
  • Agile certification.
  • Experience with digital content optimization and analytics.
