Requirements
We are seeking a driven and strategic Analytics Product Manager with a strong background in Business Intelligence (BI), Power BI, and AI-driven data solutions. This role will focus on building and scaling financial and enterprise analytics platforms that drive data-informed decisions across the organization.
You will partner with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Business Operations to deliver modern, scalable reporting and insights solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and reporting solutions in the financial and enterprise domains.
- Define and execute product roadmaps focused on Power BI, AI, and data integration capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, BI developers, finance, and business leaders.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure successful solution delivery.
- Ensure data governance, integrity, and security across all analytics platforms.
- Identify automation opportunities and integrate AI/ML models to enhance data intelligence.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on dashboards and analytics products.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data product management.
- Proven experience with Power BI and its ecosystem (Power Query, DAX, Gateways).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and how they enhance data products.
- Experience working in financial analytics, FP&A, or enterprise reporting.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data architecture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the financial services or enterprise SaaS industry.
- Experience working with Azure Data Platform, Databricks, or Fabric.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum product development.
- Experience integrating AI-powered insights into dashboards or predictive models.
