As an Agent Product Manager (APM), you will serve as the tip of the spear in deploying next-generation AI agents directly with enterprise customers. Your role will blend elements of product management, customer strategy, and AI consulting. You wonβt just ship featuresβyouβll deliver outcomes that drive business value.
You will:
Own customer deployments of AI agents from kickoff through post-launch optimization
Interface directly with customers, understanding their business needs and tailoring agent behavior through prompt engineering and strategic guidance
Work hand-in-hand with Engineering, Product, and Sales to ensure smooth deployment, adoption, and scaling of AI agents
Capture learnings from the field and convert them into structured product feedback to improve the companyβs core platform
Manage technical complexity, internal alignment, and customer expectationsβall while keeping velocity high and ambiguity low
Operate as a full-stack business and product thinker: youβll collaborate with every function and influence company direction
This is an in-person role based in New York City with five days per week onsite.
5β10 years of experience in high-performing environments (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, investment banking, private equity, or strategy roles in hypergrowth startups)
Deep experience working directly with clients or customers on technical and strategic problems
Track record of collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams
Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
Prior product, bizops, or strategy experience at a venture-backed startup
History of rapid promotion or outsized responsibility in past roles
Excellent communicator with clear business storytelling and structured thinking
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline from a top-tier university
Familiarity with LLMs, AI prompting, or conversational AI systems
Experience deploying AI solutions or working in a technical consulting capacity
Former founders or early-stage startup operators encouraged to apply
Passionate about working in person and building relationships across the org
Base Salary: $200,000 β $285,000
