As a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise, youβll drive product strategy and execution for the companyβs most strategic enterprise features. Youβll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to identify customer needs, shape product vision, and ship high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities include:
Own and define the enterprise product roadmap, focusing on collaboration, security, compliance, integrations, and scalability.
Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver exceptional web-based applications that solve real enterprise problems.
Gather deep insights through user research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to drive decision-making.
Prioritize initiatives with a strong sense of business impact and customer value.
Act as a thought partner to go-to-market teams, supporting client discovery, onboarding, and ongoing success.
Maintain a hands-on, individual contributor approachβthis is not a people-management role.
The ideal candidate brings:
5+ years of experience as a product manager in B2B SaaS, with a focus on enterprise customers.
Proven success delivering products used by large organizationsβacademic, government, or Fortune 1000 clients a plus.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, startup or scaleup environment.
Strong understanding of enterprise-grade web applications, especially in productivity, communication, or design tools.
Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to guide prioritization and roadmap decisions.
Familiarity with enterprise user needs such as SSO, SOC 2, permissions, integrations, and user provisioning.
Exposure to AI-enabled enterprise tools or data visualization products.
Previous experience at high-growth companies known for shipping excellence (e.g., Notion, Figma, Airtable, Retool, etc.).
Background or interest in scientific, technical, or academic domains is a nice-to-have.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Design, or a related field.
Compensation: $150,000β$200,000 base salary depending on location and experience. Compensation is tiered based on geographic bands.
