MSRC is seeking a highly skilled Experience Modernization Team (XMT) Product Owner (PO). The XMT is responsible for defining and delivering the NexGen Air and Missile Defense Product Solutions β operating at the intersection of user research, design, and mission context to ensure the right solutions are built, by grounding every product decision in a deep, holistic understanding of real warfighter needs. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical execution and program strategy, driving the suitability of experimental capabilities for implementation into the IBCS program.
The PO will be responsible for the prioritization and validation of efforts executed within a PI. The candidate must have a good understanding of engineering practices within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), user research, and UX/UI design. Communicate with leadership when products are ready to push into the development process.
