As part of the Wolters Kluwer Health Clinical Effectiveness team, the Senior Technology Product Manager β Transformation role for Medi-Span will define and manage aspects of the Medi-Span product roadmap involving Transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency, support effective product lifecycle management, and connect the pre and post-sales Customer Journey. This role requires a unique blend of product management skills including technical and business aptitude, strong execution skills, strategic understanding, and cross-functional collaboration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Opportunity Analysis: Use Lean product discovery practices to recommend and justify project ideas that support the product line Transformation strategy based on benefits vs. costs and feasibility analysis.
Stakeholder Management: Inspire, inform, and engage key stakeholders including executive leadership to gain and maintain support on the product lineβs Transformation initiatives. These include: Scaling Operations (platform consolidation, portfolio consolidation, and workflow automation via AI and other approaches) and Connecting the Customer Journey (improvements to the pre and post-sale customer experience).
Project Accountability: Define and lead Transformation projects with minimal guidance from concept to business case approval to development to go-to-market (GTM) execution, and to post-launch monitoring.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Clinical Content, Product Management, Systems Implementation, Customer Support, Customer Success, and Marketing to identify and deliver product line changes to support the Transformation vision.
Other Duties
Become an expert at the Customer Journey across market segments and customer workflows, particularly those relevant to Transformation initiatives.
Contribute to the ongoing product strategy process.
Identify and roll out process improvement initiatives.

Education:
Bachelorβs degree in business, computer science, or healthcare or equivalent field preferred
Experience: Β
Minimum 3 yearsβ experience with hands-on B2B SaaS product management taking ideas from concept through go-to-market launches.
Minimum 1 year experience with healthcare technology products.
Proven track record of managing product line projects with project management and product management skills including risk mitigation, regulatory awareness, customer-to-engineering requirements translation, stakeholder engagement, holistic go-to-market planning, and success criteria identification and monitoring.
Experience with healthcare embedded data and embedded data workflows is a plus.
Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha! is a plus.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Maximum 10% Travel β typically up to two US travel activities per quarter (2-3 days each) for customer engagement and team activities.
Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $112,000-$156,650
