(PAA) designed to enhance daily productivity and simplify the user experience, establishing it as a central

[Job Summary]
The Product Manager will be responsible for managing and executing our Personal AI Assistant project
from inception through to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within
budget. This role requires a deep understanding of technical components of the product, and the ability to
communicate effectively between key stakeholders. A blend of analytical thinking, along with
communication skills would make the Product Manager thrive. The Product Manager will partner closely
with Research and Design to define the product vision and roadmap. You will be responsible for
overseeing the development and management of new and existing products, including our Personal AI
Assistant service. This role is a perfect fit for a method-oriented professional that has resilience to own
the entire process of a project, from start to finish.

[Job Description]
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute a product roadmap for AI/LLM initiatives that prioritize customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize key AI/LLM features that enhance user experience and deliver customer value.Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams to ensure product development aligns with agreed timelines and expectations.
  • Deliver consistent updates to senior management regarding project status, potential risks, and ongoing issues.
  • Identify and solve problems, facilitating clear communication between the teams to ensure a seamless execution and delivery of our PAA product.
  • Align internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Detect potential risks and formulate strategies to mitigate them.
  • Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
  • Use insights to guide the development of LLM applications that are intuitive, efficient, and solve real-world problems.
  • Advocate for the end user throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring customer-centricity in decision-making.
  • Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements, working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of AI/LLM technologies.
  • Act as the technical product owner for LLM-driven features, providing guidance on AI architecture, NLP models, and data integration strategies.
  • Stay updated on advancements in AI/LLM technology and drive innovation in product development.
  • Analyze and integrate technology trends, competitive insights, and user feedback to uncover new product and technology opportunities.
  • Liaise between engineering, design, research teams to ensure smooth execution of the product vision.

[Qualifications]
  • 5 + years of proven working experience as a Product Manager.
  • 5 + years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI technologies
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, including research, engineering, and design.
  • Strong technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Strong technical background in AI/ML technologies, especially language models.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in liaising with international teams, especially in Korea.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • SaaS and B2C experience.
  • Proficiency with project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in writing and producing product requirement documents
  • Prior experience in the AI or technology sectors, particularly with AI tools or software products.
  • Experience as a product manager or equivalent role is a plus.
