XCMβs Global Media team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager Tech to scale fleet marketing channel expansion worldwide. Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. Product Manager - Tech, you are the end-to-end owner of the fleet geo expansion and ops-tech product vision, strategy, and execution to scale this channel worldwide. You work closely with supply chain, engineering, and marketing peers to charter which countries we expand to (and why), while building the simplified operational reporting and tools to simplify end-to-end execution. This is a high-impact role with ownership of critical systems, foundational technology, and expansion strategies for scaling fleet marketing worldwide. In this role, you will identify gaps and new opportunities, develop AI strategies to simplify work processes, and drive execution requirements to support our operations partners and marketing customers. As a product owner, you have end-to-end ownership of the customer experience, from defining the product vision through building and launching the product in partnership with front-end and back end technical teams. In this role, you will work with a team of technical and non-technical stakeholders ranging from engineers, technical program managers, operations, and marketing/creative teams.
A day in the life
Your product management practices set a great example to others, successfully leading all stages of the product lifecycle from concept to delivery:
- Define and drive the 1-2 year product vision and strategy
- Lead the development and implementation of creative, high-quality product roadmaps
- Assume end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance of our products
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, scope, and time to market
- Work closely with frontend/backend engineering teams, design, and stakeholders in an agile environment to deliver products to market
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to help the team meet business, financial, and technical goals
- Manage product planning and development through day to day collaboration and decision making with a cross-functional team including engineers, supply chain, and business or subject matter representatives
- Develop detailed, crisp user stories with acceptance criteria based on customer needs/experience and business requirements that can be used to create product specifications and architecture
- Define and analyze metrics that measure and benchmark product success
- Drive product launches including working with marketing, operations, legal, customers, executives, and other team members
- Play an active role in optimization and process improvements between product, operations, and engineering teams

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience with concepts such as system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making
- Experience with machine learning to support model automation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
