We are looking for an experienced Sales Platform, Senior Product Manager to play a critical role in defining and delivering the next generation of Visaβs CRM software as well as transform how we deliver software through a highly effective Agile team.Β You will be joining a team of Sales Platform Product Managers whose goal is to introduce new technology solutions that improve the sales effectiveness of our global sales teams.Β We want to improve every aspect of our sales process to create a frictionless environment to support how we engage with our customers and sell Visa solutions that help our customers drive more revenue, reduce risk, and decrease costs.Β We are also looking for a Certified Dynamics 365 expert that can help Visa unlock premium features for our Global Digital Sales team.

Basic Qualifications:
β’ 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ 5+ years of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
β’ BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Related Field
β’ MS Dynamics Certification in at least one of the following:
o MB-600: Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect
o MB-230: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
o MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
β’ 5 years in a product manager, product owner, business process analyst, or sales operation role.
β’ 5 years building software capabilities to support sales, service, or other customer relationship management function.
β’ 5 years of applying Agile principles in one of more of these disciplines: design, development, testing and product management can relate principle, practices into performing these disciplines in an Agile environment
β’ CSM and CSPO or equivalent Agile certifications
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travelΒ 5-10% of the time.
