End User Computing helps customers improve the security of the workplace while helping them achieve their goals for sustainability and budget optimization. As Sr. Product Manager, for End User Computing, you will lead the strategy and planning to drive customer adoption and revenue growth of new Amazon WorkSpaces services including WorkSpaces Thin Client. As a Product Manager, you'll ensure our customers make the most of our capabilities to solve their business challenges. To do so you will develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for key customer use cases. You will own putting those plans into action, measuring the results, and communicating the impact. You will work in collaboration with go-to-market, marketing, sales specialists, and the broader AWS sales organization to execute your vision. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating friction points that come in the way of customer adoption and satisfaction with the service, building mechanisms so that your efforts can scale. You will champion the voice of the customer to make sure our development teams are always working backwards from their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a business, strategic, and technical background that enables them to deeply understand customer problems and challenges, drive a customer engagement from start to finish, and interact as easily with IT leaders as you do with IT administrators. Your ability to understand our products in-depth will earn you trust with engineering and solution architects. You should also have the ability to work cross-functionally using data to influence teams outside of your organizational boundaries. You will have a proven track record working with early-stage products and use a customer-centric mindset to help customer ramp quickly.

Key job responsibilities
β€’ Develop go-to-market plans for product use cases within End User Computing
β€’ Analyze customer trends within those use cases to develop positioning and value propositions for each focus area
β€’ Apply understanding of industry and competitive context to shape messaging about how our solutions address customer needs
β€’ Work with sales, partner development, and marketing to design and execute programs, and events that drive adoption and customer success; measure and communicate results
β€’ Craft content for press activities and sales presentations
β€’ Scale go-to-market efforts through internal enablement activities
β€’ Work with engineering and inbound product managers to create a roadmap of features that drive customer adoption
β€’ Conduct customer briefings, present at industry events,, and further thought leadership around end user computing

- BS/BA degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business.
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in one or more of the following areas: product management, business development, sales or marketing
- Demonstrated track record in crafting technical product positioning, messaging, content and programs
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a complex, ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrable ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Exceptional writing skills to create narratives, presentations, blogs, white papers.
- A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to work effectively with cross-organizational teams in an international, diverse and complex organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to positively influence decision making
- Comfortable presenting and interfacing with leadership

- Masters in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics and/or MBA
- Broad technical breadth and depth including familiarity with data center technologies, virtualization and public cloud
- Demonstrated success in delivering high quality technology products/services in a scale up environment where priorities can shift rapidly
- Experience in driving a high level of focus and excellence with a strong, talented, opinionated team
- Experience driving a technical global product and team with end to end inbound and outbound product responsibilities
- Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
