Role overview. As a Senior Product Manager β Access and Integrations within Pearson Higher Education, you will specialize in understanding and advocating for the needs of our customers using Pearson course materials. You will focus on how a variety of personas access Pearson products and how to best integrate our experience across the Higher Education Institutional ecosystem. You will drive innovative ideas, solutions, processes, and products with decisive action. You will work collaboratively with other product management teams across Pearson to ensure integrated use cases are considered and supported, and you will work directly with development teams who build features specifically geared toward improving the integration and access journey of our customers. You will become an expert in the Pearson systems and tools that enable customers to adopt, integrate, purchase, and synchronize the actions within Pearson courseware to LMS, SIS, and bookstore systems. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is detail-oriented and able to manage complex projects. The candidate must be a team player and strong communicator who can build relationships with stakeholders on various teams and levels across the organization.

Compensation
Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, New York State, and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: The minimum full-time salary starts at $110,000, dependent upon experience. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, and information on benefits offered is here.Β Β
