As a Data Product Manager, you have the power to create innovative data products and develop inspiring vision and roadmap to mature these data products. You will help identify customer needs, market opportunities, technology trends to ensure the products built will meet standards and provide value to the customer. As owner of the product, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of a product, overseeing the design and build, proposing enhancements and changes, monitoring the product for anomalies, and retiring the product when the time is right. The product manager will be the liaison between stakeholders and engineering team, driving requirements, managing priorities and planning outcomes.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capitalβs annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
