Nazdar is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join the OEM group. In this role, they will work closely with the hiring market segment manager (MSM) and cross-functional teams to help shape the future of our products. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting the hiring market segment manager (MSM) to:

  • Assist in the organization and documentation of the development gate process per project.
  • Assists in building specifications for OEM growth, including research, sponsored projects, and maintenance.
  • Coordinators and communicate sampling of new formulations with monitoring to confirm delivery.
  • System maintenance coordination focused on UV Digital OEM products.
  • Support product documentation, including technical data sheets, product information guides, and requests for regulatory guidance.
  • Participate in planning and review meetings operating and gathering A.I. recaps and actions to share outward/ recorded in archival locations.
  • Back-up to MSM when out of office or traveling.
  • Assists with other duties as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:Ā 

  • A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is desired.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role is desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Passion for technology and a keen interest in product development.
  • Previous experience in applications/operating, formulations, compliance, or technical.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a clear focus on high-quality results.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to perform the job according to pre-established safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
