What youβll do
Adobe is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Creative Cloud Education product management team with a core focus on safe, ethical, and compliant use of AI technologies in K-12 and higher education environments. This role will be central to Adobeβs strategy to foster trust, transparency, and responsible innovation in education, particularly in the areas of GenAI compliance, abuse prevention, AI user skilling, and institutional readiness.Β
You will work cross-functionally with AI, legal, trust & safety, engineering, and marketing teams to define and deliver product solutions that empower educators and students to safely and effectively use Adobeβs creative AI tools in the classroom. Through research, data, and a strong customer orientation, youβll identify and address friction points around privacy, misuse, transparency, and skilling, ensuring that AI capabilities are accessible, appropriate, and aligned with institutional expectations.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.Β Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
